Sold! 53 acres of Land for Sale in Perry County, Alabama

Sold! 53 acres of hunting land in Perry County, Alabama.

This week I helped one of my clients sell a piece of their land in Perry County, Alabama. This little tract was a good buy with paved road frontage, power, and internal roads. One of the best features was that it joined the Talladega National Forest.

The same sellers also are offering 150 acres +/- of outstanding hunting property at a great price of $232,500.

The 150 acre parcel joins the Talladega National Forest on two sides. Perry County Roads 23 and 44 offer access from the south and east. Roughly 50-60 acres of mature pines were thinned about two years ago. The parcel has a good internal road system, several food plots, and a two to three acre beaver pond. An old home sits along CR 44 and power and phone are available. The home is need of a great deal of repair, but could be used for storage or fixed up as a hunting cabin. Two wells are also on the tract.

This is a great buy on a good hunting property in Perry County, Alabama. Perry County and the whole Black Belt region are renowned for the exceptional deer and turkey hunting. For more information or to schedule a time to see this tract, please contact me.

If you are a landowner that has land in Perry County or anywhere in the Black Belt, I would be happy to discuss working with you to sell your land. AlaLandCo is Alabama's land sales specialist, and we would love to help you market and sell your rural property too.
