AlaLandCo is currently helping Rayonier, Inc. sell more than 45 quality, managed timberland investment properties ranging in size from 29 acres to over 500 acres.
AlaLandCo has partnered with Rayonier, the nation's second largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), to market some of their quality properties in the state of Alabama. These tracts have been intensively managed for timber production, and would make a valuable addition to any investment portfolio.
Most of these tracts of land will make outstanding private hunting properties, and coupled with the valuable stands of timber, they become solid investments as well. We have sold dozens of these fine tracts in the past 18 months because they have such healthy stands of timber and are available at good prices.
Currently we are offering Rayonier timberland for sale in the follwing Alabama Counties: Conecuh County, Covington County, Escambia County, Monroe County, and Wilcox County. Much of this timber and hunting land for sale is within easy driving distance of Mobile and Baldwin Counties and the Panhandle of Florida. This is an area known for its good deer and turkey hunting, and has a history of strong timber production as well.
